JOIN THE BOOK CLUB! We are offering two titles which you can pick up and read to prepare for Book Club whenever we feel it is safe to proceed. You may pick up one or both titles. Again just call the library and tell us to include the book in your pickup order. ALL THE LIGHT WE CANNOT SEE. Anthony Doerr's "All the Light We Cannot See" tells the story of two teenagers during World War II (WWII), one a blind girl in Nazi-occupied France, the other a German orphan boy pressed into service by the Nazi army. A stunning and mesmerizing story we think you will enjoy. Through the National Library of Medicine we have obtained eight copies of "THE SECRET DIARY OF HENDRIK GROEN, 83 1/4 YEARS OLD". This feisty curmudgeon has no plans to go out quietly. With an eccentric group of friends, he founds the wickedly anarchic Old-But-Not-Dead Club where Rule #3 is "NO WHINING ALLOWED". A thought provoking and sometimes Laugh Out Loud story!

We are excited to offer curbside service!?
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, call the library between 10 and noon (837-4820) to request the books you want to check out. Have your name or library card number ready. We will find them for you and meet you at the south (side) door.

You can also check out ebooks and audiobooks! If you have never done this, simply click on the "Bridges" tab near the top, then click on "Bridges Downloadable Ebook/Audiobook Consortium". (All are FREE.) In the upper right hand corner, sign in (your library card number and your phone number). You will then be offered an array of books and magazines for downloading to your mobile device or computer. You can check out up to five items at a time!
