God is perfect, constant- never changing. His natural laws on wealth creation and business have also not changed.

Giving/taking loans is very important in business, and interest/usury have been charged from time immemorial. In fact, you can hardly get great growth and profits in business without AT FIRST owing (people)....

Therefore, God isn't against (giving or taking) loans! It is the interest charges that is his concern.

So, does God oppose all Usury/Interest on loans?! What does the Bible say about loans and interest charges?!!

I AM BACK TO BLOGGING FULL TIME...BUT WITH A NEW VISION!

I am back full-time!

I am sure some will wonder where I went to in the first place (to be back). I quit active blogging exactly two years ago.

It has also been two (2) years now since the folding up of Credicoins Ltd- the FINTECH start-up I co-founded. I talked about how suicidal I felt at failing back then. And I practically gave up blogging personal finance or pursuing entrepreneurship- even when some family, friends and former shareholders tried to encourage us to restart.

WHAT I HAVE BEEN UP TO
Since that time, a lot has happened...(and I will be making posts on all these over the next few weeks).

YOU WANT TO BE VERY RICH AND POWERFUL, DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO TAX PEOPLE REGULARLY!

"Automated Repetition" is the key wealth- whether via violence/force, manipulation, deception, or simple capitalism.

Microsoft charges people annual subscription for their products, and that is why they are a fortune 500 company.

Amazon charges developers monthly for subscription to their AWS.

Apple releases a new version of the iPhone annually...for people to rush to buy.

Government of all nations (especially developed countries) survive via taxes.

Pastors of denominations lord it over their members via monthly/quarterly/annual tithe and firstfruit taxes.

IF YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH CONTROL YOU HAVE OVER ANYBODY ON EARTH, ASK THEM TO GIVE YOU THEIR MONEY REGULARLY- whether Google, Apple, Microsoft, Vatican, RCCG, FG of Nigeria, MTN, Spectranet, etc.

And that is how to be rich and powerful on earth- no sweat!

HASHGRAPH, NOT BLOCKCHAIN, DETERMINES THE FUTURE OF MONEY

Pretty excited about what I just discovered about the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)- the technology underlying cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, etc.

I got this from Mike Maloney's Hidden Secrets of Money episode 8 (I have mentioned this series before)- a documentary about his journey understanding (and investing) in the Cryptocurrency Revolution.

I have also talked about Blockchain technology and -the commonest application built upon the open source code- Cryptocurrencies, of which we have over 100 now.

However, I was disillusioned by the fact that instead of Bitcoin replacing Fiat currencies, it only became a speculative tool, spurning lots of ''altcoins'' such as Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Earthcoin, Fastcoin, etc. This is mostly because of the limitations and weakness of its Proof-of-Work consensus model, chief of which is difficulty in scaling it. We now have direct (hard fork) splits such as Bitcoin cash and Bitcoin gold, in a bid to make up for the slowness of transactions.

ALL MONEY IN THE CHURCH IS FOR THE POOR

As I earlier showed, there is no place in all of scriptures where the poor are commanded to give. The Bible consistently tells the rich and comfortable to give to the poor- from Genesis to Revelations (Deut 15:7-11, Prov 11:25, 19:17, Ps 37:21, 112:9, Matt 19: 21, Luke 8: 38, 2Cor 9:1-5, 1 Tim 6:17-19).

Unlike what some pastors will have us believe, THE POOR ARE NOT POOR BECAUSE THEY DO NOT GIVE (neither is poverty a sin)!!!

Moreover, we know that the church is one globally- only limited geographically.

So, what is the duty of the church to the poor?

[Let me lay some foundation first.]

TRUE CHRISTIANITY ALWAYS PROGRESS SOCIETY. ANY COUNTRY WITH MORE CHURCH BUILDINGS THAN COMPANIES IS A “POOR” COUNTRY, NOT PROGRESSING!!!

I once heard a Christian say that if poverty is the reason why Nigeria remains a religious country that has not “abandoned God” like many developed countries, then it is better we continue to be poor and have many poor Nigerians. 

That is one of the most depraved and retrogressive reasoning I have ever encountered.

I shake my head when I see people open churches/denomination branches (because of tithes & offering to be collected)...if only they truly knew what it meant to be a Pastor.

Moreover, some think ''church'' is only about the spiritual needs of members alone. They do not truly know God and his ways.

The church is not a building or auditorium- but the body of believers meeting in any place. And any country that has true Christians in it progresses.... Why?
