Mel was so great with our home inspection. We had many questions and he answered them all patiently and with specific information. He was thorough in our inspection, and even patient with my young kids who came with me. The report we received was detailed and gave us n just areas that need repair, but areas that would benefit from routine maintenance. We will be using Mel again if we buy another house, and will recommend him to all our friends.

Mel was able to work me in on short notice. He actually done the inspection on the home I was selling and did such a great job for the buyer of my home I ask for his number to do my inspection.
