    Who We Are

    Clinical Services is a private 
    mental-health clinic in Wisconsin Rapids. Since 1988, our psychotherapists have provided forensic, counseling, and psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults and couples.

    The clinic, established in 1988, was the first private, state-certified mental health clinic in Wisconsin Rapids. In addition to consulting and forensic services, Clinical Services offers children and adults psychological evaluations for ADHD, cognitive/learning difficulties, and more. Other services our therapist specializes in include treatment for depression, PTSD, anxiety, grief, stress reduction, childhood disorders, chronic pain and sleep disorders, parent/child conflict, alcohol and other drug dependency issues, emotional and behavioral problems. Clinical Services also offers premarital counseling, couple’s counseling, and post-divorce parental counseling.
